A demanding work routine can make it a challenge to schedule time for exercise. This is made even more unattractive when you have friends you need to catch up with. But perhaps we can look for opportunities that blend both worlds so that fitness and fun go hand-in-hand! Group exercise sessions are a great way to connect with friends and enjoy the benefits of an intense workout at the same time. Here’s a quick list of a few fun activities to try:

1. Zumba

With aerobic and dance movements inspired by salsa, merengue, flamenco, samba, hip-hop and tango, Zumba is a high-energy workout that feels like a party. 2. Rock climbing

3. Beach volleyball

An hour-long volleyball game on the sand can burn up to 500 calories. It’s also a good way to get social and workout with a group of friends or colleagues. 4. Trekking

Trekking through one of these can be an incredible workout for the whole body and boosts strength, endurance and well-being. 5. Jogging
