Let go
The human mind knows no limits, it keeps thinking. If some issue out of your control is impacting you and your work, let it go! Take a break from it and divert your mind. Perhaps even a simple walk may help your mind to step away from the stressful thoughts weighing you down.

Any daily routine - wake, work, sleep - can easily become a monotonous grind. But be careful not to make it an unhealthy grind! Watch out for frequently long working hours and ensure you set some time aside to refresh your mind as well as your body.

Plan activities that you can enjoy and look forward to - dinner with friends, a spa visit or even a quiet one minute meditation.
